Skip intros, recaps and credits automatically
Auto-skip clicks the skip button for you when Netflix, Prime Video or YouTube shows one. The skip switches are off until you turn them on, and all of them need an account. Account and sync covers what connecting adds.
What it clicks
| Site | What it clicks |
|---|---|
| Netflix and Prime Video | The skip button for an intro, the skip button for a recap, and the "Next Episode" prompt over the end credits |
| YouTube | The "Skip Ad" button, and the next video on the end screen |
It clicks the buttons the site shows. If the site shows no button, there is nothing to click.
Turn it on
- Open Settings and go to the Advanced tab.
- Find Playback Features.
- Turn on the ones you want.
| Switch | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Auto Skip Intro | Off | Clicks the intro skip button |
| Auto Skip Outro/Next Episode | Off | Clicks through the end credits and the "Next Episode" prompt |
| Auto Skip Recap | Off | Clicks the recap skip button on Netflix and Prime Video |
| Show Skip Notification | On | Shows a short notice each time it skips |
Set the delay
Skip Delay is how long the extension waits after the button appears, and 2 seconds is the longest.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Instant (0ms) | Skips with no wait |
| Fast (250ms) | Waits 250ms |
| Normal (500ms) | Waits 500ms. This is the default. |
| Slow (1s) | Waits 1 second |
| Very slow (2s) | Waits 2 seconds |
Pick a slower delay if you like to see the button before it goes.
Skip by hand
Press Ctrl + Alt + S to skip the intro yourself, or click Skip Intro on the widget's Smart tab; the key works on Netflix and Prime Video only.
Other skipping

Silence Skip works without an account.
